Shipping and Packaging

In the context of distance selling we inform each customer in good time before submitting the contract all details regarding the delivery, which are provided in writing.
In addition, the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV) in Section 1 (2) sentence 1 no. 2 stipulates that we must provide Be Noble, the ultimate consumer with commercial or business goods in the context of distance selling or advertising with prices, whether additional delivery and delivery costs Shipping costs apply. If additional delivery and shipping costs apply, the amount must always be stated.
The term "shipping costs" includes the cost of shipping as well as the cost of packaging, which must always be shown on the price of the goods. Shipping costs are incl. VAT: Therefore the indicated price contains the legal value added tax.

The specific standard shipping costs for Germany are always in the shopping cart overview, so that the availability of shipping costs before ordering is guaranteed.
- For standard deliveries within Germany & EU countries (except e,g, UK, CH) with we charge a shipping fee per order of € 0,00.= NO shipping charges will be charged for standard parcel delivery or other logistics costs
- For standard deliveries to Switzerland, and Lichtenstein, we charge a shipping fee of € 15.60 or 18.60 Swiss francs per order (conversion rate: 1 Euro = 1.20 CHF).
- For standard deliveries to Great Britain we charge a shipping fee of € 18.50 or 16.20 GBP per order (conversion rate: 1 Euro = 0.87 GBP).
- For standard deliveries to the USA we charge a shipping fee of USD 45 per order.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer.
A package (DHL and DPD standard package or DHL Express package) has a maximum weight of 31.5 kg. If an order exceeds the weight of 31.5 kg, this order will be divided into packages with maximum weight units of 31.5 kg. The shipping fee does not increase as it applies per order.
No shipping cost for return parces within Germany. In all other countries pay the client the necessary shipment return cost.
For Germany and European countries, the express product DHL Express is offered. Express costs will be charged separately (guaranteed delivery on the following working day for the Austria and for Germany the following day as well as for Germany delivery to certain day and time windows).
The DHL express surcharge for Germany has a flat express price per order of 25 euros. Special optional service will be described below (below w) below (including price).
The DHL express surcharge for Austria has a flat express price per order of 45 euros.
All items will be delivered to other EU countries by DHL Express by prior arrangement with us. The shipping costs incurred in this case can be inquired in advance at customer.service@be-noble.de and will be communicated to you in advance in writing. Delivery is exclusively via DHL Express.
The information on the delivery date refer to a receipt of payment (in the case of direct debit this happens up to 4 days after order) with us. If the payment is received later, the delivery date shifts accordingly. Incidentally, the actual delivery date depends on the place of dispatch and delivery, in particular during the peak periods, and is based on the processing time specified by Be Noble and the selected shipping method.

Special service lines are offered for the standard deliveries for Germany, which are listed under w).
As a rule, the parcel service providers DHL or DPD are also used for delivery for the return transport of parcels.
All orders are delivered in a cardboard box made of corrugated cardboard. Individual items of an order are usually combined to a shipping unit to a corrugated cardboard box. Depending on the volume and weight of the goods, different carton sizes are used. Here, an economic but also especially ecological corporate philosophy is in the foreground. There are no additional costs for shipping cartons.
If a package or goods are additionally packed as a gift, additional costs for the gift package, which are listed separately or agreed separately with Be Noble.
Shipping costs for standard parcel delivery:
DHL and DPD standard deliveries (no DHL Express):
- Germany & EU countries: As stated under f), Be Noble delivers to its customers WITHOUT shipping costs.
- Switzerland per order: 15,60 Euro = 17 Swiss Francs
- Lichtenstei per order: 15,60 Euro
- Great Britain per order: 18,50 Euro
- United States per order: up to 1 kg/1 piece 45 USD; more than 1 kg/2 pieces 52 USD
- Russia per order: 29,85
DHL Ident-Check for Germany:
Delivery of the goods only to the intended recipient after successful identity verification by means of identification card.
Optional examination of a minimum age. 2.99 euros additional
DHL Personal delivery within Germany: Delivery of the consignment only to the recipient personally or a person specially authorized by the consignee. .99 euros additional
DHL requested delivery within Germany: Delivery in one of the freely selectable two-hour time windows (Mon-Sat):
Germany-wide in the evening (18-20 clock or 19-21 clock)
During the day in German metropolitan areas (10-12 o'clock, 12-14 o'clock, 14-16 o'clock or 16-18 o'clock)
Second delivery attempt in the same time window on the following working day included in the pric 3.99 euros additional
Express delivery by DHL Express:
Delivery from Monday to Friday (i.d.R. on the next working day at the flat rate of Euro 25.00 as stated above under -n-)
Surcharge for delivery usually the next working day before 08:00 o'clock: Euro 45,00
Delivery for a delivery usually the next working day between 17-22 o'clock: Euro 20,00
Delivery for Sunday and public holidays: Euro 35,00
